Description:Summary: Species: | Bv | Applications: | ELISA | Clonality: | Monoclonal | | Gene: | ALPL | Purity: | Affinity purified | Host: | Mouse | | Specificity: | NB100-62326 recognizes calf intestinal alkaline phosphatase. It may cross react with other alkaline phosphatases. | Details: Clone: | V17.3 | Immunogen: | Made to Bovine ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE | Gene Symbol: ALPL Related Genes: | ALPP, SLPI, CCL27, PDLIM3, ASRGL1, ATRNL1, NAT10, SPP1, ENPP1, ALPI, SNARE, ANKH, RUNX2, GPI, ACHE, GNPDA1, PLP1, PRDX5, PDXP, PTHLH, PPA1, IAPP, MAGT1, CD47, HOPX, STIP1, ANK1, PLAA, LNPEP, ST13, BGLAP, PHEX, VPS39, DMD, CXXC1, ALB, BEST1, TWIST1, IL1RL1, SULT2A1 | Background: Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) removes phosphate groups from the 5' end of DNA and RNA, and from proteins, at high pH. Most mammals have 4 different isozymes: placental, placental like, intestinal and non tissue specific (found in liver, kidney and bone). Tissues with particularly high concentrations of ALP include the liver, bile ducts, placenta, and bone. Damaged or diseased tissue releases enzymes into the blood, so serum ALP measurements can be abnormal in many conditions, including bone disease and liver disease. Species: Reactivity: | Bovine. Not yet tested in other species. | Applications: Uses: | This antibody is useful for ELISA | Dilutions: | ELISA | Packaging: Storage: | Store at 4C short term. Aliquot and store at -20C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. | Preservative: | Sodium Azide | Limitations: | This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Products are guaranteed for 6 months from date of receipt, except for peptides and proteins which are guaranteed for 3 months. | |
