There are at least seven isoforms, beta, gamma, episilon, sigma, zeta, tau and eta that have been identified in mammals. The 14-3-3 beta, a subtype of the 14-3-3 proteins, was found in B Cells, brain and liver etc. This 14-3-3 beta has been shown to interact with RAF1 and CDC25 phosphatases, suggesting that it may play a role in linking mitogenic signaling and the cell cycle machinery. Species: Reactivity: | This antibody is reactive against Human. | Applications: Uses: | The antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. | Dilutions: | ELISA, Western Blot 1:500-1:1000, | Concentrations: | 1.0 mg/ml | Packaging: Buffer: | Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) | Storage: | Store at 4C short term.
