| Application Note | For IHC-Fr and IHC-P: Use at a 1:10 - 1:40 dilution. This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Clone 1A4 is reported to be suitable for use in Western blotting, but not yet tested in house. Not tested in other applications. Optimal concentrations/dilutions should be determined by the researcher. |
