Format | Reconstitution: Restore with 1 ml dist. water | ? | State: Lyophilized purified IgG | ? | Purification: Protein A affinity chromatography | ? | Buffer System: Contains 0.09% sodium azide and 0.5% BSA
Specificity | A1 reacts with VP1 of adeno-associated virus. In immunoprecipitation, an occasional reaction with a non-AAV-derived protein is found. Epitope mapping experiments (Wobus et al., see below) identified aa123 to aa131 of VP1 capsid protein as the specific binding region. | Application | Immunofluorescence microscopy. Immunohistochemistry: 1:10 - 1:20; 3 h at room temperature or overnight at 2-8¡ÆC. Immunoprecipitation. Immunoblotting. ELISA.
