The human GRAF gene is fused to MLL in a unique t(5;11)(q31;q23) and both alleles are disrupted in three cases of myelodysplastic syndrome/acute myeloid leukemia with a deletion 5q. Specificity | This antibody detects ARHGAP26 / OPHN1L at C-term. It is expected to recognise both reported isoforms. | Application | Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: 0.3-1 µg/ml. Approx 90kDa band observed in Human Heart lysates (calculated MW of 92.2kDa according to NP_055886.1). An additional strong band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 16kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? | Concentration | 0.5 mg/ml | Species Reactivity | Tested: Human | | Expected from sequence similarity:Mouse, Rat, Dog, Cow | |
