Members of this family are membrane- anchored proteins structurally related to snake venom disintegrins, and have been implicated in a variety of biologic processes involving cell- cell and cell-matrix interactions, including fertilization, muscle development, and neurogenesis. The member encoded by this gene interacts with SH3 domain-containing proteins, binds mitotic arrest deficient 2 beta protein, and is also involved in TPA-induced ectodomain shedding of membrane-anchored heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor. Species: Applications: Uses: | This antibody detects both ADAM9 and ADAM15 in Western blotting. | Dilutions: | Western Blot 1:500-1:1000 | Packaging: Buffer: | Supernatant was purified by Protein G and lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in PBS, Azide | Storage: | Aliquot and store at -20C or -80C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. | Preservative: | No Preservative | Limitations: | This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Products are guaranteed for 6 months from date of receipt, except for peptides and proteins which are guaranteed for 3 months. | |
