● 재질 : Spectrosil® Far UV Quartz

● 셀에 내용물 주입시, Window에 손상이 가지 않아야 하며, 상단까지 채우지 않아야 함
● Stopper를 끼울 때 수압에 의해 Window가 깨질 위험이 있어 Air Gap을 제거해야 함
