SuperHot Master Mix dU Set, is an optimized ready-to-use PCR mixture. The twofold concentrated Master Mix contains antibody blocked Taq DNA polymerase, PCR buffer, MgCl2 and dNTPs. dUTP and Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG) in the mixture provides the tool for carry-over protection reaction. SuperHot Master Mix dU Set contains all components for PCR, except DNA template and primers. It was shown that the mixture is effective for Real Time PCR.
